Tiny Guestlist is made for parents planning kids’ parties. Parents and guardians use it; it isn’t meant for children to use on their own. Here’s what we collect, who sees it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Email addresses, only if you give one: a host’s, to send their private links and a daily RSVP summary; a guest’s, for a reminder before the party and updates from the host. Hosts never see guests’ addresses, and guest emails are deleted about 30 days after the party.
- Partner forms: the details party businesses send us.
- Your account, only if you sign in: your email address, so your parties, answers and cards follow you to any phone. We sign you in with a link, never a password. You can delete your account anytime from My parties.
- Kids’ first name and last initial only. We never ask for a child’s full name or birthdate. If a full name is typed, we keep only the first name and last initial, like “Leo P.” Schools and PTAs never upload student lists.
- Party details from hosts: the child’s first name, the party date, time and place, and your guest groups.
- RSVP answers from guests: how many kids and grown-ups are coming, any allergies or food needs, and whether you’re staying or dropping off.
- Family profiles, only if you choose to save one: your kids’ first names and ages, any allergies, and whether you usually stay.
- Phone numbers, only if you ask for text reminders.
Who sees what
- The party address is shown only to guests who RSVP yes.
- Allergy and food answers are shown only to the host of that party, never to other guests.
- Your family profile is visible only to you. A host sees only the answers you give for their party.
- Class circles are set up and run by parents. We never import class lists or anything from school records.
- Invitation links can’t be guessed.
How long we keep it
- RSVP answers, including allergies, are deleted about 30 days after the party.
- A family profile stays until you change or delete it. You can delete it anytime.
- You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
Allergy information
We ask before saving allergy information, and we use it only to pass it from a guest’s parent to the party host. We never use it for ads or share it with gift card or other partners. We don’t check the information parents enter; hosts are responsible for food and safety at their party.
Texts and emails
- We text only guests who leave a mobile number for a reminder, and only about that party: up to 5 texts, such as a reminder before the RSVP date, a reminder before the party, and updates from the host.
- Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
- We don’t sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for marketing. Mobile numbers are deleted after the party.
Gift cards
When gift cards are available, they’re sold and paid for through a gift card partner. We don’t store card numbers.
What we never do
- We never sell your information or your guest list.
- We never show ads based on your family’s information.
