How to get parents to RSVP
Half the stress of a kids’ party is not knowing who’s coming. Here’s how to get answers on time.
RSVP lines
Please RSVP by Saturday, March 7, so we can plan the cake and goodie bags!
Kindly let us know by March 7 if you can make it, and tell us about any allergies.
RSVP by March 7. Siblings are welcome; just add them to your reply.
What to ask
- How many kids, and how many grown-ups
- Siblings coming along
- Allergies or food needs
- Staying or dropping off (and a phone number for drop-offs)
When to set the deadline
About one week before the party works best. Send invitations three to four weeks ahead so families can plan around it.
A reminder that works
Hi! Just checking if Ava can make it to Mia’s party on Saturday at 11. We’re finalizing goodie bags. No worries either way!
A short, friendly text two days before the deadline catches most late replies. With Tiny Guestlist, reminders go out automatically.
